Jeff Greenidge

Jeff Greenidge is a senior figure in UK education with over 40 years of experience in teaching, leadership, curriculum development, and system-level change. As former Network Director of learndirect, he led large scale delivery of accessible learning for adult learners nationally. He currently serves as Director of Diversity & Governance at the Association of Colleges, working with institutions across the UK to strengthen governance, equity, and organisational capability.

At CognateUK, Jeff supports the shaping and strengthening of FutureReady's peer learning and cross-cultural capability model. The underlying architecture builds on EFEC's twenty years of UK–China educational and ecosystem work, tested through real partnership outcomes in both countries. Jeff brings his expertise in governance, equity, and large scale educational delivery to refine its structure, ensure ethical robustness, and embed high standards of facilitation and reflection.

He describes the peer learning element as enabling students from different cultural contexts to find common ground, develop self-expression, and build the ability to influence others constructively. His contribution ensures that the model operates with integrity, inclusion, and practical impact in contemporary educational settings.
